Al Khail Tower, Dubai
Al Khail Tower, Dubai The Al Khail Tower is a landmark project being undertaken in Jumeirah Village by Limitless LLC, and has a project value of AED $222 million. The development comprises:
14 ground level retail tenancies totaling 2,588 square metre (gross floor area)
Main street level entry lobby and lounge
Loading and building services areas to ground floor
Basement plant room 843 car parking spaces over six levels 31 storeys of offices totaling 27,166 square metres
Business centre, gymnasium,
25 metre pool and podium level roof top recreation deck at level five
Roof level plant.
The design of Al Khail Tower is intended to be simple, rational, and functional with materials, colours and details that are welcoming and appealing to the ever more design-conscious office market in Dubai. The project began in October 2006 with an expected completion date of December 2008.
Index Tower, Dubai
Located within the Dubai International Financial Centre, the Index Tower has a project value of AED $1.2 billion. The development connects to the DIFC central spine, and comprises:
86 storeys and an overall height of 328 metres
520 luxury apartments and penthouses
25 floors of commercial office space
Retail tenancies, restaurants, swimming pool and health club facility.
Index Tower is a Union Properties development, based upon the concept design of world renowned architects Foster and Partners UK.
Dubai International Financial Centre
The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is a business initiative of the Government of Dubai and was created to become a universally recognised hub for institutional finance, and as a regional gateway for the capital and investment in the Middle East. The development comprises:

Abu Dhabi Tourist Club, Abu Dhabi
